I have been working with Carmichael Food Consultacy Ltd working producing a document for Scotland Food and Drink providing advice for food manufactuers on producing Halal and Kosher Foods! Facinating.

Christmas 2007

Spent another hectic 3 months working for Dundonnell Smoked Salmon and the epic run up to Christmas.  The busiest Christmas Season yet!
